1. Cancellation by the Client

More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.
Between 24 and 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Barcelona Great Tours

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to extreme weather conditions, road closures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Modifications

If you need to change the date, time, or number of passengers, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

4. Late Arrivals

If you are late for the pick-up, we will wait up to 15 minutes. After that, the tour may be shortened accordingly, with no partial refund.

5. How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be sent by email to info.bcngreattours@gmail.com. The cancellation is effective from the moment we confirm receipt.
