1. Service Provider

All tours, transfers, and transport services are provided by Armando de Pedro-Juan Gil SLU (trade name: Barcelona Great Tours), NIF B67545749, Calle Ricart 3, Ático 2, 08004 Barcelona, Spain.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are made via email. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from us. We may request a deposit or full payment in advance depending on the service.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted per vehicle (not per person) unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT where applicable. Entrance fees, meals, and any extras not listed in the inclusions are not covered.

4. Private Service

All our tours are fully private. You will never share your vehicle or guide with other groups.

5. Itinerary Flexibility

Itineraries are flexible and can be adapted to your preferences. However, certain changes may be limited by traffic, weather, or site availability. We reserve the right to modify routes for safety reasons.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Be at the pick-up point on time.
• Comply with vehicle safety rules (seatbelts, child seats).
• Treat the vehicle, driver, and guide with respect.
• Ensure valid travel documents where required.

7. Liability

Barcelona Great Tours carries professional liability and vehicle insurance. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle, delays caused by third parties, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

Photos and videos taken during tours by our team may be used for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
